Pre-ordered the book ages ago, thought it might arrive on publication day but it arrived one day later, in excellent condition and as described. I was a bit surprised that payment was taken at the time of ordering rather than on despatch but I guess smaller booksellers have to protect themselves financially and I have no knowledge of how their own ordering process from the publishers works. Very happy with the service overall and would be happy to buy from this bookshop again. Thank you.
