I love this bookshop, I live far but I travell up to see my partners family and I have to visit this shop, always friendly and started me off on the cosy journey of an orc and her coffee 🥰

Cant wait to sit down and read this next chapter. Im enjoying the second, it took me a while to start it as I started three other books and I challenge myself to get one read to start this one 😂. And I do enjoy receiving my book within time from purchase and opening the book to a little sticker. And yes books are magical 🥰

I could not put Kathy Burke's memoir down. Wonderfully written, I could hear Kathy's voice throughout. Not only is it an amazing, fascinating and deeply moving life story, it's a chronicle of our time. I do hope a next volume is planned! And great service from The Book House, Broughty Ferry. The Long Shoe by Bob Mortimer, his third book and just as funny and entertaining as the previous two.
Ordering was very easy and the website was easy to navigate, Communication was great when i was emailed to say book delivery would be a week later after publisher didn't send enough copies.
i did think i had ordered a signed version so was a little disappointed when opening, but that was probably my mistake.
All in all very pleased with purchase which arrived in purfect condition.
