Shipping

We aim to ship any item bought from us during business hours the same day. Items where the standard shipping rate of £2.90 for items sent within the UK is selected, these will be sent via the shipping carrier EVRI that evening where possible. If we are unable to meet these targets we will let you know via your chosen contact method as soon as possible.

Refunds and Returns

If your book arrives and it is damaged or different than described, you can return it to us. All products must be returned in the condition in which they were received. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Please get in touch with us by emailing thebookhousebroughtyferry@gmail.com if you would like to organise a return. Wherever possible we will seek to replace the item to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you purchase a product that we no longer have in stock we will let you know as soon as possible and attempt to source this book for you from an external supplier. Where this is not possible we shall refund the cost of the book in full.
